Synopsis: | A science fiction fairy tale, ANGELS IN THE ARCHITECTURE takes place on board the Herodotous One, a spaceship assigned to a highly secretive and extremely controversial mission: to save the world. Hostile forces have begun to threaten human existence, and five brave souls - the stalwart Captain, the flippant Lieutenant, the nervous Doctor, the insane Engineer, and the mysterious Crewman - are chosen to be the crew in charge of saving the day and the world. But they fail. ANGELS IN THE ARCHITECTURE is an unusual meditation on death, failure, and the consequences of violence. Through the bending of time, the questioning of human existence, and the power of Slinkies, the crew transforms from B-movie science fiction action heroes into characters who realize that they are far more than their stereotypes suggest. | |||||
