Synopsis: | Sugar Statues is a one-woman show exploring Krissi Musiols Polish heritage, the importance of language, and love in concentration camps. Interwoven fictional and factual stories illustrated with sugar provide an insight into the roots of a Polish family tree. From horrific tales of the persecution of the Poles to her grandfathers amazing Polish cake, burnt letters and a rotten wedding dress, Sugar Statues is an intimate, touching tale of loss and survival. | |||||
