Synopsis:

To Die for Want of Lobster begins with perpetual slacker Jack believing his luck has changed after meeting the beautiful, sexy Lena over a blackjack table. Synopsis:

A Yankee Trader finds Dillon Taber down on his luck and the law on his doorstep. In a moment of desperation he trades his wife for a car in order to preserve his freedom. This bargain brings disaster to his marriage, his children and his diginity after he loses the car to the waters of Long Island sound in the Hurricane of 1938. A Yankee Trader barnstorms roles of race, ethics and gender in a turbulent time of great change in America. A time when the world itself was poised on the brink of war, plague, and social uprising that would throw it into the modern era.
