Synopsis: | After inventing a product that seems to be catching on, a southern patriarch uproots his family from the relaxed and minimalist ways of the countryside, and transplants them into the fast paced, tawdry world of Manhattan's eastside. It's not long before the family adjusts to their new lifestyle where extravagant homes, expensive clothes, and sheer opulence become the norm. But what happens when this lifestyle is no longer maintainable, after the once promising invention turns out to be a dud? Can the family cope? Will they trade in their tailored garments for hand-me-downs, or will they scheme in order to keep up with the Jones'? Find out the answer to these questions and more in this hilarious comedy from writer Debbra Liverman | |||||
