Notes: | All Grace has been performed with an all-woman cast of 7, which I found immensely satisfying. Personally, I would recommend that casting, though the play can be performed with 8 actors (4M, 4F).
Synopsis: | "All Grace" is a metaphorical, spiritual journey based on the true story of Jewish sculptor Jacques Lipchitz' commission to create a sculpture of the Virgin Mary for a Catholic church high in the Alps called Our Lady of All Grace. The play intertwines the stories of Lipchitz' life; the life of Father Marie-Alain Couturier, a priest determined to change the Catholic Church's view on Modern Art; and the life of the Virgin Mary herself, who mingles in the lives and work of both Couturier and Lipchitz.

Synopsis: | The Brothers Caramillo; Eulogy for a Piece of Shit is a "fast & loose" modern adaptation of Dostoyevsky's The Brothers Karamazov that follows young Alex Caramillo as he returns home from seminary in an attempt to bring his fractured family together again. Alex wants nothing more than to heal the relationship with his womanizing and boozing father, Teodoro, and his two brothers: the perpetual student, Elian, and the headstrong, Dimas. However, Alex finds this to be much more complicated than he first imagined as Teodoro and Dimas are both pining after the same woman: a stripper named Faith. This has only inflamed old quarrels between the two men, and when Teodoro is found dead, it seems that the family's destruction and damnation is written deep within the Caramillo blood.

Synopsis: | FATHER BOB follows the story of a thirteen year old named Julia Smith. Julia is an intelligent girl in the eighth grade at Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Catholic School. We meet Julia as she begins to doubt her faith in God and more and more questions about sex come into her mind. She takes her questions of sexuality to her best friend, Lacy, whose sister is a sexually active fifteen year old, and she takes her questions of faith to a priest named Father Bob, a man who would be considered sexy if he weren't so goofy. He's a younger priest who loves "Star Wars" and believes in preaching to the young members of the congregation in a way that wakes them up during mass and their lives. His beliefs often conflict with Father Tom, the head of the parish, and the situation with Julia Smith calls many things into question. "FATHER BOB" is not a play about pedophile priests and sexual abuse. It is a play about sexuality, but is also about isolation and finding a sense of self and individuality.
