Synopsis: | The Willard family are eccentric folk; the son 13 is a tap dancing nuclear scientist working on a reactor in his living room with the assistance of his grandmother, a huge Mick Jagger fan. Father Fred thinks he's a duck. Sister Sue is sleeping with anything that moves. The radioactivity from the little "school science project" has alerted the CIA who send their two worst secret agents to investigate. Throw in a local Bishop who fences, and a couple of chicken suits, and all mayhem breaks-out as the situation leads to complete nuclear destruction. A cynical take on the dangers of nuclear power and uncontrolled government institutions - CLWR was well received in this off-bway showcase. | |||||
