Synopsis:

Escape to a wonderful world of enchantment with this musical tale of the life of playwright J.M. Barrie, and the inspiration behind his classic book, The Adventures of Peter Pan. With his last play a failure, James Barrie is crippled by writer's block and success seems like a far-away land. But then a chance encounter with widow Sylvia Liewellyn Davies and her four young sons sends his heart and imagination soaring, and their friendship gives birth to a magical tale that will live forever.

Synopsis:

Scott Fitzgerald, Zelda Sayre and Ernest Hemingway set out to invent a new world-and almost did. Playwright Allan Knee has created a snapshot of three members of the literary elite. Set in the cosmopolitan hub of Paris, The Jazz Age travels through the artistically vibrant 1920s, examining the complex and stormy relationship between these compelling figures. Inspired by Hemingway's A Moveable Feast, Knee went on to read several biographies about Hemingway, Fitzgerald, and Sayre to bring their unique relationships-which were artistically fruitful but tinged with jealousy and betrayal-to the stage. The Jazz Age traces the decade where passion and optimism about creating a brand new world reigned until the onset of the Great Depression threatened to dash their hope and inspiration

Allan Knee

Based on Louisa May Alcott's own family experiences (and novel), Little Women follows the adventures of Jo, Meg, Beth and Amy March as they grow up in Civil War America. The beloved story of the March sisters is timeless and deals with issues as relevant today as when they were written. Now, this wonderful narrative has been brought to life as an exhilarating musical filled with glorious music, dancing and heart. Little Women embodies the complete theatrical experience, guaranteeing a night filled with laughter, tears and a lifting of the spirit. This powerful score soars with the sounds of personal discovery, heartache and hope - the sounds of a young America finding its voice.
