Lynn-Steven Johanson holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and works at Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois. He is a past winner of the Nantucket Short Play Festival, the East Valley Children's Theatre Playwriting Contest, and the Snowdance Comedy Festival. He is also a recipient of an AriZoni Theatre Award of Excellence for Best Original Play. Synopsis:

Phil Haldeen, a real estate agent, meets with Doug Terrill who is interested in purchasing a house that Phil has on the market. Seeking a historically significant house to restore, Doug is drawn to the home's Queen Anne Victorian architecture and the quality craftsmanship that went into building the home. Phil and Doug develop an easy rapport with one another, but before an actual agreement transpires, Phil's wife, Sharon, arrives. Concerned because he has not answered his cell phone, she has driven out to the house to check on his wellbeing. But things are not as they appear to be, and when a handgun is produced, the easy rapport turns sinister and unveils a carefully orchestrated plot for revenge. Surprise twists and character revelations expose a lurid tale of deception, betrayal, and murder, and only one of the three will walk away.

Synopsis:
