Sophi Sagall Hopkins has been working with young actors since 1990, after getting her playwriting degree from Hampshire College. She has taught and directed plays on both the West and East Coasts, and is currently living in Gloucester, Massachusetts where she teaches English and Theatre. When not teaching, writing or knitting, she loves to spend time exploring New England with her husband, Ben and their two dogs, Ivy and Oscar.
