Caroline Gold is an experienced TV and Radio comedy writer who has had numerous BBC comissions. A scriptwriter and playwright, she is also a respected Journalist. known for having had a weekly satirical column and for her honest and insightful theatre reviews. Originally a comedy performer Caroline Gold has acted in sketch shows, is an experienced comedy improviser, was a stand-up comedian and half of the Double act Parkinson & Gold with (the late) Sarah Parkinson. Clinically Famous hyas been performed at The Landor Theatre In Clapham, The Pentameters Theatre in Hampstead, NYC Pilates theatre and at The Gilded Balloon Edinburgh 06. It has won critical acclaim and is to be translated into Finnish among other things.
