Synopsis:

Maisee is a ten year old girl who spends a lot of her time sitting beside the River Mersey, talking to its waters. She meets up with Karl, a ten year old boy - and they form a bond which indicated the oncoming of adulthood. A glimpse of the harsh and the light side of growing up.
