Synopsis: | Is it love or is it madness? Is there actually a difference? Tanya wants out of the psychiatric unit, and, since Robert, won't play ball, the only answer is Paul, the window cleaner. Would it do any harm to tell him a little white lie? But, unknown to Tanya, Paul has some secrets of his own. This play - a mixture of humour and darkness - keeps the audience guessing till the end. Are the characters' journeys physical, mental or mixtures of both? Does love set us free, or does it entrap us even further? Humorous with a serious edge and a few surprises, 'Double Nuts' never loses the sense that this could go either way. | |||||
