A dyslexic herself the play was written after she ran some drama workshops with young offenders at HMS Polmont in Scotland. During development Leonardo had a reading at the Royal Court. It starred Lindsey Coulson and Lennie James and was picked up by the Old Vic Open Page productions for an evening of new work. won the King's Cross New Writing Award 2007
