Synopsis:
Art and BS have always gone together. The creative arts allow people to think they can turn BS into fame, fortune and recognition; 'Self Portrait' is simply an exaggerated perception of this fact. The play is set in an office above a once prestigious art gallery and follows seven characters each with their own sinister desires. Some want a family, some want glory and some just want to take their clothes off. Everyone is twisted, and they all play out this dark farce "in the name of art".
