Andrew Dainoff lives in New York City where the distractions are immense. With the help of a fantastic group of friends, co-workers, family and an exceptional therapist, he bickers with the demons that stop him from writing. He graduated from the fiction program at Miami University in his hometown of Oxford, Ohio. Professors Eric Goodman, John Romano, and Jim Reiss were helpful to his progress along with: Bill Cosby, Wallace Shawn, Andre Dubus, Erika Sheffer, David Rakoff, Craig Lucas, Jeff Baron, and Bob Gosse. "All We Can Handle" was produced at the 2006 Cincinnati Fringe Festival, directed by Andrew Lazarow; and published in the Back Stage Book of New American Short Plays 2005. His play "Amuse Bouche: To Please The Mouth," was read at Joe's Pub in the Public Theater in December, 2005. Another play, "The 8-Hour Father," was read at Playwrights Horizons in May 2006, and produced at Williams College in May, 2007.
