Synopsis: | Melissa in the advanced stages of AIDS is sitting on a bench with her mother, Joyce. Joyce goes to get something to eat and Melissa collapses. She finds herself in a sort of nether world where she is greeted by the twin brother she never knew she had.Fred had died in infancy and her parents had never told her about him. Fred has been able to watch Melissa through out her life but not to know her feelings about events. He takes her back through many happenings - with parents, boyfriends, lovers. When she is about to die she asks Fred that it not be in the hosptal bed - so he whisks her away to Mount Rushmore | |||||
