Synopsis: | This highly entertaining play is the story of the Kenneth Halliwell and Joe Orton. Going deeper than just Orton's diary alone, and no mere repetition of the film Prick Up Your Ears, it shows the dynamics of the relationship. Halliwell was a very able man, and had a profound influence on Orton. Orton, in turn, built fantastically on the foundation Halliwell gave him. It's a fascinating story, and an often hilarious one, for all that it ended in tragedy. | |||||
