Synopsis: | On a moonlit beach, twelve souls-both living and eternal-find comfort in the darkness and each other. What happens when they reflect the light of their thoughts, their pasts and hopes for the future on one another? Will they find their way home? A Body Without A Head is a theatrical riff on George R. Carr's collection of poems for anyone anywhere who at anytime has lost his head to love. Written during a trip to St. Tropez, the odes were inspired by the island's namesake, Saint Torpes, a martyr who was beheaded for holding fast to his spiritual beliefs. Upon hearing the enigmatic tale, Carr wrote the series of poems, which were later published alongside his brother Zack Carr III's sketches in a book of the same name | |||||

Eartha Kitt leads her former student James Dean on a spiritual odyssey through his short life.
