Pam Bustin was born in Regina SK and raised in a host of small towns across the prairies. She currently lives in Saskatoon. Saddles in the Rain was co-produced by Realife Productions and Twenty Fifth Street Theatre and published in The West of all Possible Worlds (Playwrights Canada Press). An excerpt also appears in Taking the Stage: Selections from Plays by Canadian Women (Playwrights Canada Press). Her other work for the stage includes her one woman show Barefoot which she performed at the Her-icane Caroline Women's Festival in Saskatoon and at the Fringe in Winnipeg, Saskatoon and Edmonton in 2002, The Passage of Georgia O'Keefe presented at the Her-icane Ethel Arts Festival in Saskatoon and the London ON Fringe in 2003, and Dancing with the Magpie presented as part of the Saskatchewan Playwrights Centre's Spring Festival of New Plays in 2000. Her radio plays The White Car Project, Coffee in Lloyd and Talking with the Dead have aired on CBC Radio One and Two.
