Charlie Boucher graduated with a Theatre Degree in Writing from Rose Bruford College of Speech and Drama. She went on to win the Channel 4 Lloyd's Bank Film Challenge in 1998 and her short film "My Dead Buddy" was shown on Channel 4. Charlie has gone on to work on a number of projects with the BBC; most recently she was commissioned by Radio 4, and her play "Zauberjackl" was broadcast on November 5th 2008.

Synopsis:

Kellie is a Care Worker, looking after May, an elderly woman convinced that her daughter-in-law is plotting to have her put into a home. Kellie's ambition is to be a qualified nurse, but the reality of life on the minimum wage makes this an unlikely future.
