| Synopsis: | A cabinet meeting is convened to solve an urgent problem. With the capture of three suspected terrorists and with room to incarcerate only one, a decision needs to be made as to who will be set free and who will be punished. Indecision gives rise to a Cabinet meeting to solve this urgent problem. Three likely terrorists: An Arab, a Jew and a Mexican were capture in the Mojave Desert. All militant prisons are occupied to capacity. It was decided that only one of the three will be incarcerated and the others set free. Indecision as to who will be free and who will be punished gives rise to a séance seeking help from the supernatural and Divine Guidance. An apparition of Ronald Reagan joins the Cabinet in a rhythmic hip-hop style. A debate ensues, discussing politics, religion. The vote is cast: who will be freed and who will be incarcerated? | |||||
