Notes:

part of Imagepalooza, a revue-style show consisting of 14 very short plays

Synopsis:

Joan wants to return to the work force after 14 years away from it, and has been invited to her first job interview. As she sits in the reception area of an office, her anxiety mounts. The officious Myself From Human Resources invites her into the boardroom where she is to be interviewed by Myself From Human Resources and 2 other uptight women execs (who may be real actors or may be stuffed animals, depending on availability of resources). The pressure of the interview breaks Joan from reality. She thinks she is Joan of Arc and answers the questions as J of A. The further the interview progresses, the deeper Joan moves into her new persona. By the time Myself From Human Resources terminates the interview Joan is in a fully deluded state.
